SERVICES
Not everyone's needs are the same, even when it comes to Pest Control. That is why we, A.E. Pest Control, strive to taylor our services to the needs of each customer. We believe in helping you care for and enjoy your home. The following is a list of our Main Services, but also keep in mind, having another set of eyes watching over your home might help prevent or catch problems with moisture, insect harborage areas, or other issues that may contribute to insect infestation.

Our Services:

*One Time Service - As you can tell, this is for a 1x treatment. You may wish to set up a time for us to come out every Spring before the pests become too established. We have found for some customers, this is all that is needed. These services are usally performed for the occaisional problems with ants, spiders, silverfish, mice, and other house hold pests. We also treat for fleas, although sometimes and 2nd treatment is needed about 20 days after the 1st one. This helps break the life cycle of the insect. Roaches are a little different and are discussed in further detail a little later.

*Quarterly Service - Sometimes a maintenance Service is needed to control Pest infestations.
Our Quarterly services are often popular with our Residential customers. We perform the service every 3 months. This usually includes the inside of the home as well as the outside perimeter of the foundation. It helps maintain a residual barrier to help control pest problems. Most general household insects are included in this service, such as; mice, silverfish, ants, etc. It does exclude, flying insects, fleas, roaches birds, bats, bees, bed bugs and wood destroying insects. With this service, one of the perks is being covered between services. For instance, if your normal quarterly service is performed in June, and for some reason you are having an issue with ants in July, we will come out and treat the problem area for no additional fee. Also with this service there is an initial charge to get the service started and then the quarterly fee is a lesser charge. There is also the availability of using our green products. *Monthly Service - Most of our Commercial customers prefer this form of maintenance Service. It tends to be very effective in controling pest issues that businesses may deal with. It is also available to our Residential customers as the need sometimes arises. As the name of the service states, we treat on a monthly basis. Again this is for the general household pests. For some of our One Time treatments, we may suggest several Monthly treatments as follow up to control infestations. This may be for Roach Treatments as well as some servere Flea or Mouse Infestations, and is also true for Bed Bug Treatents.

*Roach Treatment/Service - For these nasty pests, it is vitally important to determine the level of infestation. Usually we do an inspection to determine the level we are dealing with and then make our recommendations accordingly. We perform an initial treatment and then do a baiting treatment approximately 10 days later. This is also one of the services that usually require at least 3 follow up monthly services to help break the life cycle. As with most pest infestations, assessing the property for harborage areas, food & water sources, etc., is an important part of pest control.

*Flea Treatments - Just like is the case for Roach Treatment, it is important to determine the level of infestation. We therefore, do an inspection and try to determine the level of infestation. An initial treatment is performed and we recommend a second treatment approximately 20 days later. In some severe infestations, we may want to perform a few monthly treatments just to be sure.
*Bed Bug Treatments - Services for Bed Bugs can be extensive and therefore a very thorough inspection must be performed. After the inspection Dan will discuss the best course of action and the options of treatment.
